Introduction

For my Masconomet Senior Internship, I wanted to learn how to utilize simple fruits, vegetables, cheeses, and nuts, and create recipes which I would be able to use in College. I am not the best cook, but wanted to try and create meals which I would enjoy, were simple, and that I could recreate in the coming years to have healthy, inexpensive options in College. I went to the supermarkets and picked out food items which I would be able to find when I go to college in Switzerland. Then... I got creative in the kitchen!
