A sapid salad!
This salad combined pea shoots, mozzarella, walnuts, and sweet grape tomatoes. I added balsamic vinaigrette on top to complete this scrumptious lunch option!
Chicken salad and apples!
I toasted ciabatta, and layered the slices with chicken salad, red apple, pea shoots, and chia seeds. Simply ambrosial!
A new use for cucumbers!
I substituted sliced cucumbers for a baguette, and made a thin hummus spread using chickpeas. Then, I added cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and broccoli sprouts. A tasty light summer dish!
An apple a day...
This was an incredible appetizer combining red apple slices *sliced thin, goat cheese, sugar snap peas *chopped thin, and broccoli sprouts. A great fresh appetizer before a big dinner... super easy to make!
A fresh tangy mix
This recipe combined green and red apples, goat cheese, and chia seeds! Mix together and add balsamic vinaigrette! Bon appetit!
A delightful mix
First of all... yum! I combined heirloom tomatoes, chickpeas, peas, cucumbers, feta, and broccoli sprouts. I simply combined all these ingredients and tossed it in evoo. A delectable, easy lunch on a summer day.
The perfect appetizer
This delicious appetizer combined toasted ciabatta bread, heirloom tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella, basil, and sea salt.
Slice ciabattaa bread thinly, toast, then add evoo and sea salt as the baselayer. Then, slice heirloom tomatoes thinly, add a chunk of mozzarella, and chopped basil as a garnish.
This dish had incredible textures, and was so easy to make for a large group!
